Winter time is walking time.

Those who love hiking don’t need to be limited to the summer – the same applies to the Kellerjoch in Tyrol. Simply strap on the snow shoes and trudge wonderfully through the snow-covered mountains of the Karwendel Silver Region in winter. There are, however, some key differences between a snowshoe hike and touring in the summer. That’s because a march through the deep snow, can be both an exciting but also a very tiring experience.
